Who we are
Airway Home Services is operated by Zanav, LLC (“we”, “us”). Our mailing address is 12712 NW Millford St, Portland, OR 97229. You can reach us at hello@airwayhomeservices.com.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and the service you asked about, plus your street address and notes if you give them. We also record the page you submitted from, your IP address, your browser’s user agent, the exact consent wording you saw, and the date and time.
We record that last group so we can show that you consented to be contacted if it is ever questioned. To do that we use TrustedForm, which records a certificate of the form session, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the request came from a person rather than a bot.
If you arrived from an ad or campaign link, we keep the campaign details from that link (for example UTM tags or a click ID) in your browser’s storage and a first-party cookie for up to 30 days, and send them with your request.
What we do with it
We share your request with up to 3 independent contractors who serve your area, so they can contact you about the work. Contractors pay us for these introductions. That sharing is the service you ask for when you submit the form, though some state privacy laws may still call it a “sale” of personal information. See our list of participating contractors. We do not sell your request to anyone else, and you can ask us to stop sharing it at any time by emailing hello@airwayhomeservices.com.
Once your details are with a contractor, that contractor is an independent business and handles your information under its own policies. We do not control what it does with it.
We may contact you by email or phone about your request, for example to confirm we received it. We text you about your request only if you tick the optional text-message box on the form, and you can still send a request without ticking it. Text messages can be stopped at any time by replying STOP.
Service providers
These companies process personal information on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes listed:
- Resend: sending email about your request.
- Twilio: checking that a phone number is valid and, if you ticked the text-message box, sending and receiving texts about your request.
- Stripe: billing the contractors who pay for introductions (homeowners are never charged).
- Meta: advertising measurement, when allowed under your privacy choices.
- Google: analytics and advertising measurement, when allowed under your privacy choices.
- Cloudflare: bot protection on our forms (Turnstile).
- ActiveProspect (TrustedForm): recording a certificate of the consent you gave on our form.
- Vercel: hosting this website.
- Supabase: hosting the database where our lead records are kept.
Advertising measurement, cookies and “sharing”
We use cookies and similar tools so Google and Meta can measure our ads. They are on by default, and you can turn them off at any time. When measurement is on, Google and Meta may receive visit and conversion data. For a service request, Meta may also receive hashed contact details and browser or advertising identifiers, sent both from your browser and from our servers. Hashing does not make this data anonymous.
Under California law and some other state laws, letting advertising partners collect this data can be a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or with the Privacy choices button in the footer. Opting out never affects your service request.
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing, for that browser. Changing your choice stops future measurement; it does not recall data already sent.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
- have it deleted, with some legal exceptions;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that require this); and
- not be discriminated against for using any of these rights.
In the last 12 months we collected identifiers (name, phone, email, address, IP address), commercial information (the service you asked about), internet activity (pages visited, campaign details) and approximate location (ZIP code). We collected them from you and your browser. We disclosed them to the contractors described above, to our service providers, and, when measurement is on, to Google and Meta.
To make a request, email hello@airwayhomeservices.com with the phone number you submitted so we can find your record. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission. We respond within 45 days. Residents of other states with similar laws can use the same process.
One limitation worth stating plainly: if we have already passed your request to a contractor, we can delete our copy but we cannot delete theirs. You would need to contact them.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and the associated consent records are kept for five years, because the federal statute of limitations for the telephone consumer protection claims the consent record exists to answer is four years.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect or sell their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
